Ron has been working with children and youth for over 20 years, starting as a Pre-K teacher to Program Coordinator for Nixa Public Schools eXtended Learning Time (XLT). Leigh Ann Clayton
Ms. Clayton holds a M. Ed. in Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Ms. Clayton is the Program Coordinator for Programs & Special Events at the University of Missouri-College of Education's Adventure Club program. During the past 10 years Ms. Clayton oversees 7 of the 18 before and after school sites as well as coordinates special events for the families which also brings awareness to the community of the importance of before and after school programs. My name is Kristi Fate. I am the Assistant Program Coordinator for the Lee's Summit R- Kids Country Program. I have been in the field of school-age care for over 10 years.
I have a degree in Music Education from Kansas State University. I am married and have two daughters.

Rose Anderson-Rice
Rose is the Executive Director for St. Louis for Kids and holds a Masters in Public Administration and B.S. in Elementary Education. She has more than 14 years of experience working in early care & education and school age program settings. Most of her career has been spent in the non-profit sector working with faith based and community based organizations in the areas of organizational and professional development. My name is Erica Kreisler. I am a Site Coordinator at Hazel Grove Elementary for Lee's Summit R-7 Kids Country. I recently completed my YDC and am interested in continuing my education dealing with youth and Afterschool community.

Brad Stulce
My name is Brad Stulce, and I have been involved with youth for over 10 years now. Beginning with Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, I was a childcare worker assisting the children that were placed in the facilities. From there, I transitioned into the community population where I have been with the Springfield-Greene County Park Board for 8 years. In this position, I assist in coordinating 17 Afterschool Sites & 12 Summer Day Camps, as well as supervising the inclusion and special accommodation requests for the programs. My degree is in Therapeutic Recreation from Missouri State University (Southwest Missouri State University when I attended) and I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
